LANGLEY, JR., et al., Defendants. NOTICE is hereby given that Brenda D. Forman, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Broward County, Florida, will on May 26, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. ET, via the online auction site at www.broward.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Broward County, Florida, to wit: Unit 3205, in THE PINES OF OAKLAND FOREST WEST, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 12459, Page 155 of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, and any amendments thereto.
