The specific parcel of real estate which is the subject of this instrument and which is the above- mentioned individual dwelling unit, is neither located nor referenced in Plat Book "P", Pages 30 through 103, inclusive, of the Public Records of Marion County. Rather, Dwelling E, Building #2124 may be found and located in Official Records Book 1637 at Pages 0144-0147, all of the Public Records of Marion County, Florida.
