NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in entered in Case No.: 2025 12663 CIDL of the Circuit Court of the Seventh Judicial Circuit in and for Volusia County, Florida, wherein Plaintiff, MARCIA C. BARRERE, as Trustee of the Richard P. Barrere Trust, dated July 22, 2998, sued Defendants, ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES, who may claim as surviving spouse, personal representatives, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or other claimants, by, through, under or against, JAMES WILLIAMS, deceased; GAREY WILLIAMS; and MARGARET KETCHUM as Guardian for Brenda Williams; Laura E. Roth, the Clerk of the Seventh Judicial Circuit in and for Volusia County, Florida, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.volusia.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00 a.m. on the 19th day of May 2026 the following property: Begin at the Southwest corner of Lot 13, Block 1, THE FLORIDA HOMELAND COMPANY, Section 7, Township 19 South, Range 33 East, according to map in Map Book 4, Page 108, Public Records of Volusia County, Florida, thence run East 159 feet along the South line of Lot 13, thence run North 72 feet, thence run West 159 feet to the West line of said Lot 13, thence run South 72 feet to the Point of Beginning.
