Barrere Trust, dated July 22, 1998, sued Defendants, ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES, who may claim as surviving spouse, personal representatives, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or other claimants, by, through, under or against, JAMES WILLIAMS, deceased; GAREY WILLIAMS; and MARGARET KETCHUM as Guardian for Brenda Williams; Laura E.
