NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 9, 2026 and entered in Case No. 50-2025-CA-005911-XXXA MB, of the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in and for PALM BEACH County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and CARL JOHN HEIDEL; NIRAMON YAMNGAM; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. MIKE CARUSO, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on May 11, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 110, PLEASANT RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 167, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH
COUNTY, FLORIDA.
