NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 10, 2025 and entered in Case No. 50-2025-CA-003828-XXXA-MB, of the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in and for PALM BEACH County, Florida, wherein CROSSCOUNTRY MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff and KARL MOLTIMER A/K/A KARL YVENS MOLTIMER; YAMILEE MOLTIMER; AMIR ZADA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; HAJI BABA ALISHAMSHAD, INC.; MV REALTY PBC, LLC; GOODLEAP, LLC; NAUTICA ISLES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants.
