CASE NO.: 2025-CA-001276 NOTICE OF ACTION TO: Raymond Gerald Thompson 1413 Deer Avenue Panama City, FL 32401 YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following described property in Bay County, Florida: The South 48 feet of Lot 16 and the North 27 feet of Lot 15, Block 32 of NW 1/4 of Section 35, Township 3 South, Range 15 West, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 51, of the Public Records of Bay County, Florida. has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Anthony R.
