NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 5, 2026 in Civil Case No. 25001020CA of the Circuit Court of the FOURTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Bay County, Panama City, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING is Plaintiff and Robert J Elko, Jr, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Bill Kinsaul, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.bay.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 11 day of May , 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:

Commencing at the intersection of the South line of Lot 55, Section 30, Township 3 South, Range 14 West and the west right of way line of Airport Road; thence North 01 02' East, along said right of way lint 138.75 feet; thence North 89 13' West, 370 feet to the point of beginning: thence continue North 89 13' West 36.74 feet to the P.C. of a curve to the right, said curve having a total central angle of 90 15' and a radius of 60 feet; thence Northerly along said curve, 25.22 feet; thence South 32 37' 00" West, 169.60 feet; thence South 89 13' East, 150 feet; thence North 01 02' East, 138.75 feet to the point of beginning.
