NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 26, 2026, and entered in Case No. CACE-25-003095 of the Circuit Court of the 17TH Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, as trustee, as successor-in-interest to U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Residential Asset Securities Corporation, Home Equity Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-KS8, is Plaintiff and Colony Point 3 Condominium Association, Inc., Ursuline Tuckett, Gavin George, Duncan George, Roxanne George, Jessica George and Gavin George, Personal Representative of the Estate of Christopher L. Mondesir a/k/a C. Mondesir a/k/a Christopher Mondesir, deceased, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk of Brenda D.
