NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 26, 2026, and entered in 24-004685-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MARILYN K. SMITH, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; THE FLORIDA ORCHESTRA A/K/A THE FLORIDA ORCHESTRA, INC. are the Defendant(s).
