Riviera Beach, Florida 33404, with a legal description: Lot 13 and 14, Block 2, Riviera Heights, according to the Plat thereof on file in the office of the clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida in Plat Book 14, Page 16.
