HURTADO DE GUTIERREZ; CARLOS GUTIERREZ GOMEZ A/K/A CARLOS ALFREDO GUTIERREZ GOMEZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; GRACE RANCH PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CROSS RIVER BANK; CASTLE CREDIT CO HOLDINGS, LLC; are defendants.
