NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 24, 2026 and entered in Case No. 11-2024-CA-002005-0001-01 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BRADESCO BANK f/k/a BRADESCO BAC FLORIDA BANK is the Plaintiff, and JANETE PRISCILA BLONDET CARDENAS, MOISES MARTIN CELIS FREITAS, WILMA EDITH FREITAS LAURIA VDA DE CELIS, EMERSON PARK AT AVE MARIA NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC. and AVE MARIA MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants, Crystal K.
