CARLSON YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclosure a lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida: UNIT 306, BELLEAIR KEY, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 21, Pages 115, 116, 117 and 118 and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4325, Page 151 as Clerks Instrument No. 75112801, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided 4.1206% share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
