EDWARD DAVENPORT III, et al., Defendants. NOTICE is hereby given that Kevin C. Karnes, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, will on April 30, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. ET, via the online auction site at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Lee County, Florida, to wit: Lot 35, IMPERIAL RIVER ESTATES, more particularly described as follows: From the Northwest corner of Lot 16, Bonita Farms #1, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 27, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, in the Northwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 47 South, Range 25 East, Lee County, Florida, run South 150 feet; thence East 1 foot; thence South 75 feet to the Point of Beginning; continue South 75 feet; thence East 159 feet; thence North 75 feet; thence West 159 feet to the Point of Beginning.
