STACEY FITZGERALD, Respondent. TO: Stacey Fitzgerald 15672 US Highway 19 N, Apt 416 Clearwater, FL 33764 You are hereby notified that an action for Custody of Neglected or Cruelly Treated Animals Pursuant to Section 828.073, Florida Statutes has been filed against you in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida with case style of Pinellas County v. Stacey Fitzgerald, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Petitioners attorney, David Barrera, Esq., Pinellas County Attorneys Office, 315 Court Street, 6th Floor, Clearwater, FL 33756, within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court by the same date, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
