NOTICE OF ACTION IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT OF FLORIDA IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA CASE NO: 25-10916-CO ECO VILLAGE DUNEDIN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, Plaintiff, vs. LUCIANNA TOMSKI and ANY UNKNOWN OCCUPANTS IN POSSESSION, Defendants. TO: LUCIANNA TOMSKI YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, ECO VILLAGE DUNEDIN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property: Lot 9, ECOVILLAGE DUNEDIN, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 140, Page 104, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
