CHRISTOPHER SHANE MURRAY, et al., Defendants. NOTICE is hereby given that Kevin C. Karnes, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, will on April 23, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. ET, via the online auction site at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Lee County, Florida, to wit: Lots 16 and 17, Block 224, UNIT NO. 15 SAN CARLOS PARK, according to the plat thereof recorded in Official Records Book 50, Page 509, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. Property Address: 17160 Phlox Drive, Fort Myers, FL 33967 pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
