Commencing at the Northeast corner of the South 1/2 of the North 2/3 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 5, Township 46 South, Range 25 East; thence South 89 07 20 West, 990.0 feet along the North line of said South 1/2 of the North 2/3 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 5; thence South 0 36 00 East, 636.61 feet parallel to the East line of said Northwest 1/4 to the centerline of a 60 foot road easement; thence North 89 07 50 East, 660.00 feet to the Point of Beginning;  
Thence continue North 89 07 50 East 330.00 feet to the centerline of Section 5;
