FIRST INSERTION NOTICE OF UNCLAIMED GUARDIANSHIP FUNDS DEPOSITED IN COURT REGISTRY IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR LEE COUNTY FLORIDA, GUARDIANSHIP ACTION 24-GA-000351 IN RE: The Guardianship of Velinda Lathrom Notice is given that, pursuant to section 744.534, Florida Statutes, unclaimed guardianship funds from the following case remain on deposit in the registry of court: IN RE: The Guardianship of Velinda Lathrom, Person Subject to Guardianship Case number 24-GA-000351, $7956.85 (less the cost of publication); Patrick C Weber, as Guardian, deposited these funds per order entered on 03/03/2026, on behalf of Velinda Lathrom. The Clerk of the Circuit Court shall deposit these funds with the State Treasurer no less than six months after the posting or the first publication of this notice, after deducting fees and any costs of publication. Within 10 years from the date of such deposit with the State Treasurer, any person, firm, corporation, or other legal entity entitled to such funds may obtain same by order of court and compliance with other applicable provisions of section 744.534, Florida Statutes.
