FIRST INSERTION NOTICE OF UNCLAIMED PROBATE FUNDS DEPOSITED IN COURT REGISTRY IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR LEE COUNTY FLORIDA, PROBATE ACTION 22-CP-002743 IN RE: The Estate of Mildred L Crosbie Notice is given that, pursuant to section 733.816, Florida Statutes, unclaimed probate funds of $$13,500.00 are being held for Winifred Daniels in the registry of the court, deposited per order dated 03/31/2026, IN RE: The Estate of Mildred L Crosbie, deceased; case number 22-CP-002743. The Clerk of the Circuit Court will deposit these funds with the Department of Financial Services no less than six months after the posting or the first publication of this notice, after deducting fees and costs of publication. Any person or entity entitled to such funds may obtain them by compliance with applicable provisions of F.S. 733.816, Fla.
