DBA ESSEX MORTGAGE is Plaintiff, and KEVIN N. MARTIN SINCLAIR, KATIA C. MARTIN SINCLAIR, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.AS NOMINEE FOR SI MORTGAGE COMPANY, SECRETARY OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC. and POINCIANA VILLAGE SEVEN ASSOCIATION, INC are Defendants, the Office of Stacy M.
