NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 21, 2026, and entered in Case No. 52-2020-CA-000049 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not in its individual capacity but solely as Owner for Cascade Funding Mortgage Trust HB13, is the Plaintiff and Albert Myrick, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Unknown Party #1 nka Steven Myrick, Unknown Party #2 nka Kiana Myrick, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash  in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the April 28, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
