NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling the Foreclosure Sale dated February 14, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-002998-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida.  DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-OPT1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT1 (hereafter Plaintiff), is Plaintiff and JAVIER ESTRADA; SANDRA ESTRADA; METROWEST UNIT FIVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; METROWEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants.  Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of the Circuit Court for ORANGE County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 25TH day of MARCH, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
