A Lawsuit has been filed against you in Pinellas County Court, STRATHMORE GATE-EAST AT LAKE ST. GEORGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. v. RICHARD KRAMER, DECEASED, AND THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST RICHARD KRAMER (DECEASED), and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A., Plaintiffs Attorney, whose address is 2653 McCormick Drive, Clearwater, Florida 33759, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
