COLE A/K/A RICHARD COLE; THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; VELOCITY INVESTMENTS, LLC are the Defendant(s).
