NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 19, 2026 in Case No.: 2025-CA-002607-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein TH MSR HOLDINGS, LLC is Plaintiff, and, KARA L.
