HAWLEY A/K/A KARA LAURYN HAWLEY, RALPH CARMEN DIXON JR., U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, and GLEN OAKS MANOR HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, the Office of Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 A.M. on-line at https://sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 9th day of April 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
