Final Judgment was awarded on January 20, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2025 CA 000030, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Highlands County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPA CITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCAF ACQUSITION TRUST is the Plaintiff, and MANDY LEIGH LOWER; ROBERT C. LOWER, II; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOTKNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LOTS 2, 3 AND 4, BLOCK 5, ORANGE BLOSSOM COUNTRY CLUB COMMUNITY UNITS 13 THROUGH 19, INCLUSIVE, UNIT 14, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HIGHLANDS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
 
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
