NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel and Reschedule the February 25, 2026 Foreclosure Sale dated the 25th day of February, 2026, and entered in Case No. 25000170GCAXMX, of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Highlands County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and JONATHAN ROBERT CARRO; and NICOLE MARIE SMITH; are defendants. Jerome Kaszubowski as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Jury Assembly Room in the Highlands County Courthouse, 430 South Commerce Avenue, Sebring, FL 33870 at 11:00 A.M. on the 6th day of May, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 14, Block 347, Sun N' Lake Estates of Sebring Unit 16, according to the plat or map thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 4, Public Records of Highlands County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
