FIRST INSERTION Notice to Creditors IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE 6TH JUDICIAL IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA File No. 2025-CP-11882 Probate Division IN RE: ESTATE OF RICHARD ROGALA, Deceased. The administration of the estate of RICHARD ROGALA, deceased, whose date of death was October 25, 2025, is pending in the Clerk of Courts - Probate, the address of which is 545 1st Ave N, St. Petersburg, FL 33701. The names and addresses of the personal representative and of the personal representatives attorney are set forth below. All creditors of the Decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedents estate on whom a copy of this Notice is required to be served must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THE LATER OF 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM. All other creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedents estate must file their claims with this court WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
