NOTICE TO CREDITORS (Formal Administration) IN THE 6th JUDICIAL CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. PROBATE DIVISION CASE NO.: 25-10583-ES DIVISION: NEWTON IN RE: The Estate of ROBERT M. BERMEL, Deceased. TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS OR DEMANDS AGAINST THE ABOVE ESTATE: The administration of the estate of ROBERT M. BERMEL, deceased, whose date of death was February 20, 2025, and whose social security number is XXX-XX-1744, is pending in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 545 First Avenue North, St. Petersburg, FL 33701. The names and addresses of the Personal Representative and the Personal Representatives attorney are set forth below. The Personal Representative has no duty to discover whether any property held at the time of the decedents death by the decedent or the decedents surviving spouse is property to which the Florida Uniform Disposition of Community Property Rights at Death Act as described in 732.216-228, applies, or may apply, unless a written demand is made by a creditor as specified under 732.2211.
