<p>NOTICE is hereby given that Gwen Marshall, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Leon County, Florida, will on April 30, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. ET, via the online auction site at www.leon.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Leon County, Florida, to wit:</p>
