SHELTON, et al., Defendant. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 16, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2025 CA 004144 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein PLANET HOME LENDING, LLC is Plaintiff and Shawn G.
