NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 3, 2026, and entered in Case No. 25000153GCAXMX of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Highlands County, Florida, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services LLC, is Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Linda L. Green a/k/a Linda L. Bowers a/k/a Linda Bowers, deceased; Spring Lake Property Association, Inc.; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Highlands County Clerk of the Court will sell at Jury Assembly Room, Basement, 430 South Commerce Avenue, Sebring, Florida 33870 at 11:00 a.m. on May 21, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK C, OF SPRING LAKE, SECTION ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HIGHLANDS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 6216 Wilson Terr, Sebring, Florida 33876
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
