Edgecombe, Esq., whose address is Cobb & Gonzalez, P.A., 4655 Salisbury Road, Suite 200, Jacksonville, Florida 32256, and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before thirty-five (35) days from the first publication, otherwise a Judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
