NOTICE is hereby given that Victor D. Crist, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on April 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. ET, via the online auction site at https://hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Lee County, Florida, to wit:
