NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE THIRTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA CASE NO.: 24-CA-002102 DIV J M&T BANK, Plaintiff, v. JANUARIA QUIALA, et al., Defendants. NOTICE is hereby given that Victor D. Crist, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on May 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. ET, via the online auction site at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, to wit: Lot 6, Block 10, SOUTHERN COMFORT HOMES UNIT NO. 3, according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 36, Page 75, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
