NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 1, 2026 entered in the above styled case, Case No. 2024-CC-010524-CO of the County Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE PALMS OF TARPON SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNESS, TRUSTEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS AND ANY AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DAVID C.
