NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 11, 2026 in Case No.: 2025-CA-007657 of the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff, and ALVIE R.
