TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE. Date of Sale: 04/30/2026 at 1:00 PM. Place of Sale: On sidewalk under walkway from garage near building entrance at 1555 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. This Notice is regarding that certain timeshare interest owned by Obligor in World Vacation Club at Boca Raton Condominium a/k/a Ventura, a Condominium, located in Palm Beach County, Florida, as more specifically described in the Lien(s) referred to on Schedule "1". The Obligor has failed to pay when due the Assessments, Fees, and Taxes as assessed or advanced and is thereby in default of the obligation to pay such amounts as and when due Pursuant to that certain Declaration for World Vacation Club at Boca Raton Condominium a/k/a Ventura, a Condominium. Accordingly, the Ventura Condominium Association, Inc., a Florida non-profit corporation (Association) did cause a Claim of Lien ("Lien") to be recorded in the Public Records of Palm Beach, Florida, as described on Schedule "1", thereby perfecting the lien of Assessments, Fees, and Taxes pursuant to the Declaration and sections 721.16 and 192.037 Florida Statutes. The Obligor and any junior lienholders have the right to cure the default and to redeem its respective interest, up to the date the trustee issues the certificate of sale, by paying in full the amounts owed as set forth on Schedule "1" attached hereto, which include the amount secured by each lien, per diem up to and including the day of sale, plus the estimated foreclosure costs in the amount of $600.00, by delivering cash or certified funds to the Trustee. See Schedule "1" attached hereto for (1) the name and address of each Obligor, (2) the lien(s) reflecting the legal description of the timeshare interest, (3) the recording information for each Lien, (4) the amount secured by each Lien, and (5) the per diem amount to account for the further accrual of the amounts secured by each Lien. See Exhibit "A" attached hereto for the name and address of each Junior Interest holder, if applicable.
