NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 25, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 50-2025-CA-008521-XXXA-MB of the Circuit Court of the 15TH Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein RRA CP OPPORTUNITY TRUST 2 is Plaintiff and DANIEL KELLY, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, MICHAEL A. CARUSO, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at PALM BEACH County's On-Line Public Auction website at: https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on July 23, 2026, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in PALM BEACH County, Florida, as set forth in said Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure to-wit:
LOT 495, COUNTERPOINT ESTATES PLAT NUMBER 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE(S) 138 TO 140, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
