NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of March, 2026, and entered in Case No. 50-2022-CA-005724-XXXX-MB, of the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein TH MSR Holdings LLC is the Plaintiff and TISHUN GILBERT, ROBERT NEAL, TYRONE WILLIAMS, SHIRLEY CHARLES SCOTT, TERRANCE WISE, VICTORIA NEAL, VERONICA NEAL, LORNA MCNEELY, LIONEL NEAL, JAAVARRI NEAL, BRIA DENISE CAMPBELL, STEVEN MCNABB, PATRICIA WISE, SHENIKA JOHNSON, ARIKA LEE, VERNA WILLIAMS, CECIL JOHNSON, UNKNOWN PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF ROBERT L NEAL, SHERESA MCNABB, DOROTHY DICKERSON, FLORAL LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION INC, RASHONDA KEMP AND DUANE CURTIS NEAL and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION are defendants.
