Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 2, 2026 in Case No. 2025-CC-001487, of the County Court in and for Sumter County, Florida, in which CONTINENTAL COUNTRY CLUB R.O. INC. is the Plaintiff BARBARA BROWN, AS TRUSTEE OF THE SAMUEL S. BROWN AND BARBARA A. BROWN REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, U/D/T MAY 9, 2002, THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT AND UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION, are the Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in person, at the Sumter County Courthouse, 215 East McCollum Avenue, Judicial Building Third Floor Courtroom F, Bushnell, FL, at 10:00 a.m., on May 14, 2026, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
