NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the ORDER ON PLAINTIFFS MOTION TO PLACE CASE ON ACTICE STATUS And RESET FORECLOSURE SALE entered on March 27, 2026, and the FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE entered on October 24, 2025 in Case No. 2024-CA-002716 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein JUAN CARLOS OLIVERA JR., ANGELIC LUZ TROCHE, SUNRUN INSTALLATION SERVICES, INC., UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, and LAKESIDE LANDINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC are Defendants, the Office of Stacy M.
