Notice of Public Hearing Spring Lake Improvement District No Wake Zone Signage The Spring Lake Improvement District will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 8, 10:00 a.m., at the District office, 115 Spring Lake Blvd., Sebring, Florida 33876. The District is seeking public input establishing the Idle Speed Minimum Wake Zone in Arbuckle Creek, adjacent to the District Park on the southern end of the Creek.
