SPRING LAKE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CLEAN WATER STATE REVOLVING FUND FACILITY PLAN A public hearing will be held at the Spring Lake Improvement District, 115 Spring Lake Blvd, Sebring, Florida, on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The hearing is for the purpose of informing the public of the proposed adoption of the Capital Financing Plan for the purposes of meeting the requirements of the Clean Water State Revolving Loan Fund for financing the expansion of the Districts wastewater capacity. The following are to be discussed: Project description; activities; cost; impact of wastewater fees for the residents of the District; and an evaluation of project alternatives. Copies of all materials will be made available to the public at the District office, Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. thru 4:00 p.m. The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are invited to attend and participate with the Board discussing the project. Written statements may be submitted prior to or at the time of the hearing. If you are a person with a disability who needs an accomodation in order to participate in the public hearing, please contact the District office at least 24 hours prior to the meeting and we will provide that accomodation for you.
