The Sumter County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on April 14,
2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Everglades Regional Recreation Center, 5497 Marsh Bend Trl., The
Villages, FL 34785 for Case #SUB26-000005, vacating a portion of Plum Street adjacent
to parcels J13B204 and J13B203, lying in Section 13, Township 20 South, Range 22 East,
Sumter County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:

the East ½ of that portion
