NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

The Board of the Wauchula Community Redevelopment Agency will hold its regular scheduled workshop immediately following the City of Wauchula Commission workshop which will begin on Monday, April 6, 2026 at 5:00 pm or as soon thereafter as it reasonably can be held. The agenda can be viewed at
www.cityofwauchula.gov.  

Meetings are held at the Commission Chambers located at 225 East Main Street, Wauchula, FL 33873.

Pursuant to Section 286.0107, Florida Statutes, as amended, the City Commission hereby advises that if any interested person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at the proceedings, he will need a record of the proceeding and that, for such purposes, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
