NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION VACATING AND CLOSING A PORTION OF DEEDED RIGHT-OF-WAY KNOWN AS JOHNSON ROAD, AUBURNDALE, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA. To WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 336.10, Florida Statutes that the Board of County Commissioners of Polk County, Florida, on the 3rd day of February 2026, adopted Resolution No. 2026-004 vacating, abandoning, discontinuing, and closing a portion of land described as: THE EAST 30 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING TRACT OF LAND: COMMENCING 1315.96 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 328.99 FEET; THENCE WEST 402.9 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF SEABOARD COAST LINE RAILROAD; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY TO A POINT DUE WEST OF POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE EAST 384.4 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING.
