NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION VACATING AND CLOSING A PORTION OF PLATTED DRAINAGE-RETENTION EASEMENT WITHIN LOT 30, AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT OF COUNTRY CLASS ESTATES PHASE II, LAKELAND, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
